FairBinaryOptions is happy to present OptionWeb to all our users and readers. OptionWeb review showed us this broker has great features for newcomers and specialists. Read more in our OptionWeb review.

Account Features

One of the main features of OptionWeb is the fact that it is regulated. While not every regulated broker is necessarily a good service provider, OptionWeb review uncovered nice features that complement the safety and fairness check that comes with a CySEC license. The account options are loaded with features which cover everything from education to better payouts. Interest on trading funds is an interesting feature and we think it is very innovative move unique to this broker.

The webpage is loaded with nicely organized information, but there were smaller quirks like when clicking “withdrawal” in the banking page, sign up page would open. We found weird that terms of use were in the Banking tab.

Bonus policy is not so transparent, and bonuses are awarded at request we noted when researching for our OptionWeb review.

Trading Software & Assets

The OptionWeb binary trading platform is light weight, not requiring much computer resources. Plug in for the browser worked well and we used Safari. OptionWeb recommends Chrome or Firefox, so users can use those browser to be sure everything works as promised. We used chrome for the OptionWeb review. There is also a mobile application downloadable from the major app stores which lets user trade on the go.

OptionWeb trading platform includes high/low option, the long term and a quick trading binary options. Pairs are also available and this is great since it is one of our favorite binary option types. All price ticks are real-time, delivered by the Thomson Reuters data stream services. Knowing that there are unreliable second grade trading systems out there, we found this to be assuring and it made platform as professional as it gets.

Asset index listed on the website included some 20 stocks, 12 currency pairs, 7 commodities and 19 indices. Since some of the accounts list 80+ and more assets we were curious about these numbers. The Pair option creates additional asset possibilities. Good thing is also that better accounts offer customizable asset lists.

The website also includes a graphical tool for technical analysis, which we found very useful in our OptionWeb review.

Support Information

OptionWeb Support is available trough standard channels 24/5. OptionWeb review showed there are phone numbers for Italy, France, UK and Cyprus. Users can also contact OptionWeb via e-mail or the live chat. The support staff will mostly be contacted if the personal account manager isn’t available.

We were really happy during the OptionWeb review when we saw the Skype contact as an option, but it turned out that there is no link or information on how to add OptionWeb as a Skype contact. We guess it is a feature that still isn’t offered.

We generally go over all features when writing our OptionWeb review to assure our members the best possible knowledge about each broker.

Banking & Company Information

Banking with OptionWeb is very efficient. The segregated accounts scheme offers excellent security in addition to the SSL encryption for all the transfers. The web interface is easy and intuitive, during the OptionWeb review we didnt have any difficulties depositing or withdrawing.

Users can deposit by using credit cards, online wallets (Skrill/Moneybookers) and the bank wire. Deposits will be immediately shown on the trading account if net-wallets or credit cards are used. Deposits do not carry any charges during OptionWeb review, so this payment is free. With bank wire there may be additional charges as well as charges when withdrawing smaller amount. Users using Skrill/Moneybookers will get a second refunded trade if lost. Bank wire can take up to 5 days for the funds to show up on the trading account. For OptionWeb review we used Skrill.

Withdrawals at OptionWeb review  were easy as well. Users with basic accounts will have to wait a bit longer, from 3-5 days for processing. Other, better equipped account types include 48h or even 24h withdrawal processing. After processing, any further delays are due to third parties. This can last longer, especially with bank wire. Up to deposit amount is always withdrawn the same way the funds were deposited, while bonuses and profits are withdrawn via bank wire.

The fees are $25 per withdrawal if the amount is smaller than $100. Users can also deposit in EUR. All funds will be converted to the trading currency of choosing (EUR or USD) while being processed. Wire offers unlimited deposit amount, while credit card cap is set at $5000.
