Interactive Option Broker Review

Interactive Option

This broker is a scam. Try 24option.

Interactive Option is an EU regulated binary options broker enabling users to trade a wide selection of binary options types and underlying assets for individual financial improvement. The broker touts its advanced platforms and many binary options as a commitment to an outstanding user experience. The status of a regulated brokerage that Interactive Option has carries some extra points as always, but overall this broker is an excellent choice for everyone considering to trade binary options. To read a more detailed report on why FBO features Interactive Option, read our Interactive Option review below.

Account Features

As already mentioned, Interactive Option is a regulated broker providing highest EU standards of customer protection to its customers. While that fact is an assurance for all clients that this broker follows best business practices adopted by the EC, MFID and CYSEC, FBO puts a lot of faith in our own experience and this is why we did Interactive Option review. In this section we will list the features offered by InteractiveBroker. We didn’t test all of them in our InteractiveBroker review, but we do list the ones we found the most interesting or the ones that may not be the best choice.

There are four binary options trading types of accounts with Interactive Option. Depending on the account type users get access to various features and services. InteractiveOption website lists access to assets as a feature of all four accounts, but we see it as something standard for every broker so we wont include it. We will include the amazing features that did help us while trading for the Interactive Option review.

Interactive Option Blue Account ($250 — $1000)

includes platform training and two first risk free trades. This entry account doesn’t seem to offer much to newcomers, but website doesn’t mention that access to the academy section is available for all account holders, so there is a feature that actually increases the value of this, and all other accounts.

Interactive Option Silver Account ($1000 — $4500)

includes

  • two trades offered up to $100
  • weekly financial analysis
  • 3 webinars
  • daily signal
  • basic training
  • access to weekly promotions

Interactive Option Gold Account ($4500 – $10,000)

adds

  • two trades offered up to $300
  • twice a week analysis
  • 5 webinars
  • 3 signals daily, e-mail and SMS
  • advanced training
  • personal advisor
  • market calls
  • weekly and personal promotions
  • VIP boutique*

Interactive Option Platinum Account ($10,000+)

  • $500 bonus
  • daily analysis
  • unlimited webinars
  • professional training
  • personal advisor
  • full promotions access
  • market call
  • VIP butique*

The website also has an economic calendar which is a feature we at FBO think all brokers should have in order to accommodate users who trade news. Market reviews are available at the daily basis, but these are just recaps for the day, to get more serious analysis it is required to sign up for one of the better account packages. This is a bit underwhelming since competition offers better market reviews, however, the reports we received from professionals as account holders during the Interactive Option review were excellent and helped us prepare our daily strategy.

Some of the additional promotions that are offered from time to time are

Summer promotion – adds 3 risk free trades and a 1-on-1 training session with a specialist.
Risk free trades for the first few trades on the InteractiveOption platform.
Welcome bonus that amount from 50% of the first deposit.
100% bonus for those clients who upgrade their accounts.
Birthday bonus – self explanatory.
Refer a friend bonus.

These promotions can differ on the weekly basis, but are continuously offered to customers in this or other form, additionally sweetening the deal to trade with Interactive Option. The binary options trading academy we already mentioned in the beginning of this section of the Interactive Option review is part of every package and includes trading strategies, webinars, live trading events, videos and e-book.

*VIP Boutique is access to prime shopping possibilities via Interactive Option Card, the feature is not yet available but it is expected to launch soon

Trading Software & Assets

Trading interface of Interactive Option is provided by SpotOption and it is the award wining consistently upgraded and easy to use trading window that is the gold standard in binary options business. The intuitive binary options platform offers a wide range of products to be traded in matter of seconds just by selecting asset, expiry and the direction of the price. The options offered with Interactive Option are high/low, OneTouch, 60 seconds and Pairs. The many binary options types let users create a well diversified and hedged portfolio that isn’t limited only to day trading activities. We used this heavily during the Interactive Option review.

OneTouch options provide traders with opportunities for extraordinary results and payouts. People valuing dynamism and cant wait long should try the 60 seconds options, while Pairs can be leveraged by sector specialists and people who just know some assets better than others to make use of their knowledge. When combined these option types can create a powerful mix. We achieved great payouts during the Interactive Option review, and minimized the risks by using them together. Users can also combine trades into a ladder system for trading.

Another amazing feature of the platform is the fact that InteractiveOption doesn’t run standard all-or-nothing binary options, but guarantees a refund of 15% if the option expires out of money. The broker intentionally lowered the risk reward profile to keep the high payouts, reaching 70%, and offer some financial security in cases of losing bets.

The quotes on the platform are not market quotes, but quotes based on InteractiveOption trading and payment system, reflecting supply and demand for put and call options across different asset classes. Assets that can be basis for trading include 19 stocks, 12 currency pairs, 7 commodities and 21 indices which is in line with the rest of the industry. Mobile apps are available for iOs and Android devices.

We recommend using Google Chrome browser for browsing and trading on Interactive broker, since experience with Safari on our Macbook Pro during the Interactive Option review has been bad. The response time of pages is slow that one thinks the page is not picking up clicks. We are unaware if the issue can be replicated on MS Windows.

Support Information

InteractiveOption customer support is a global department with local offices around the world. Their personnel is available almost at any time to assist users with issues that may need to be resolved. The website itself is also well designed and offers all the important information users may want to know before they start trading, but afterwards as well. Users with accounts that include a personal account manager will mostly contact that person before approaching the help desk.

Phone lines are available in UK, France, Cyprus, Russia, Canada, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and Germany. Global support means also localized languages and better service, and we had no problems when contacting the support while testing the site for the Interactive Option review. Users should not fear contacting the support for help. They can also use live chat on the website or the mail Interactive Option provided. All the contact options are available from any place on the website with one click since small icons hang on the right side. This way support is always near even if it is located in another country.

Banking & Company Information

InteractiveOption offers one of the widest selections when it comes to banking services. This binary options broker supports most major credit and debit cards, net wallets and bank wire. Banking site is full of information and very transparent. Users can use Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Maestro UK (Switch) and Solo cards to deposit or withdraw. They can also use some of many net payment services such as Skrill, Giropay, CartaSi, Sofortüberweisung, Przelewy24, CashU, Western Union, Nordea, iDeal. And as always they can transfer by using the bank wire. For the Interactive Option review, when depositing, we relied on Skrill.

Transfers are free for most of the payment services except for bank wire transfers where depositing below $250 will cost $25 in fees. The minimum deposit amount is $250 also for other payment services. Users will be happy to know that the minimum withdrawal amount is just $25, making InteractiveOption one of the leaders when it comes to customer friendliness in withdrawals. While writing the InteractiveOption review we were happy to see that profits can be withdrawn via Skrill, in addition to bank wire withdrawals. As usual, the amount of funds deposited one way, for instance credit card, need to be withdrawn the same way. Users will have to verify their IDs by sending the usual documents. After that, withdrawal processing takes from 3-5 days

Interactive Option is a brand name of Pegase Capital Limited which is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), with CIF License Number 225/14. During the Interactive Option review we got opportunities to test whatever we wanted from the company. Excellent transparency!
